ONLINE RETURN
Please notify us at cassartcare@cassart.co.uk within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return your online order. You then have 14 days to return your item/s to us for a refund at your own expense via your chosen carrier.
We strongly advise that you return your items via a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Cass Art cannot be held liable for return items lost or damaged in transit, and we recommend you insure high value returns.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt, once your return has been checked and is confirmed to meet our returns criteria – please see below:
• All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition. Please note, if the returned items have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their functionality, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement.
• All items must be adequately protected and repackaged for transport. Please note, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
• If you received a free gift with your purchase and your returned items, make your order fall below the qualifying amount you will need to return the free gift also in order for your refund to be processed. We apologise for any disappointment this causes.
• If you initially paid a delivery cost to ship the order to you, we will refund a standard delivery charge. If you chose a next working day delivery service, we won't refund the additional cost.
To ensure we can identify your return and process your refund. Please either enclose a completed copy of our returns form below, or write your order number clearly (in marker pen) on the outside of the shipping carton and post to:

IN-STORE RETURN
To be eligible for return or refund, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging along with a proof of purchase such as till receipt or e-Receipt to any Cass Art store. Returns to the store must be made within 28 days from the purchase date. Please contact the store team or customer service who can assist you further.
If the item is faulty, you can return it to any Cass Art store with proof of purchase for assistance.
Specially ordered items, clearance lines, portfolios, easels, aerosol products, pens, and adhesive products are excluded from the returns policy unless faulty.
