I ordered over the Black Friday / Cyber Monday period, when will my order be dispatched / delivered?
Black Friday is a very busy period for all retailers and couriers. Our Warehouse Team will be working extended hours, however, please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched and delivered. Cass Art will email you a confirmation once your order is shipped. You will receive a further email from the courier with your tracking information, once they are in receipt of your order. You can then track the progress of your delivery and specify a preferred neighbour for the parcel to be left with should you be out when the Driver calls. We thank you for your patience during the busiest period of the year!
My BF20 discount code is not working?
As per our T&C's, Michael Harding, Daniel Smith, all easel products, gift vocuhers, and event tickets are exempt from this promotion.
The code is one use per person.

How long do I have to return my order?
Any order you wish to return (which meets our returns policy) must be received by us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Can Black Friday purchases be returned after Christmas?
We are happy to accept returns for any items purchased as Christmas gifts until 14th January, provided they meet our returns criteria. Full details here - Returns | Cass Art
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, American Express and PayPal. Please ensure you input the correct billing address, additional countries are availble from the drop down menu.

Unfortunately, you cannot combine the SAA membership discount with the Black Friday 20% discount code.
Are you running the Black Friday 20% discount in stores?
Unfortunately, the Black Friday 20% discount is exclusively available online. It cannot be applied to in-store purchases.
I want to cancel my order
Items that are purchased in a Cass Art shop must be returned to a shop within 14 days of purchase. You can return your purchase to any Cass Art shop that is convenient to you. Please ensure you take your receipt as proof of purchase otherwise we will be unable to process the transaction in store.
How can I track my order?
You can create a Cass Art online account here - and follow the status of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and your tracking information. Once the driver scans your parcel for the first time, your tracking will activate, and you will be able to follow the progress of your delivery. In addition, you can access the courier’s delivery portal, and specify a preferred neighbour for your parcel to be left with, should you not be home when the driver calls.
My tracking link is not working?
Your tracking link will activate once your parcel(s) is scanned for the first time by the courier. This usually happens, within the first 24 hours after dispatch. If your tracking link is not working after 24 hours, please contact us at cassartcare@cassart.co.uk and remember to include your order number in the email.
What are the current delivery timescales?
Please see our delivery page for full details - Please note, our Standard Delivery is 3 – 5 working days from date of dispatch. For our Next Working Day Delivery service, all orders must be placed before 2pm Mon – Fri. If you order before 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be delivered until the following Monday because of the weekend. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
