The port of Fabriano is a traditional Italian centre of papermaking, an industry thought to have been introduced by Arab traders, and the brand has its roots in the early-20th-century merger of the many artisan workshops of the town. The company continues in the spirit of its forbears, producing paper to traditional standards to this day. Among the Fabriano papers we stock are watercolour rolls and Accademia sketching pads.
