Delivery can take 5-8 Working Days. Your Irish order will be dispatched from our UK warehouse and delivered by Starlink Global. You will receive tracking information from Starlink Global to monitor your delivery.
All orders to Republic of Ireland dispatched via Fastway or DHL
Please note that due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver certain products to the Republic of Ireland. These may include aerosol sprays (including spray paints, varnishes, and adhesives), certain types of paints and inks, flammable liquids such as turpentine and linseed oil, modeling clays, plaster, gilding products, solvents & thinners, certain varnishes, some knives, and breakable items such as inks in glass containers.
For your convenience, any restricted items will be clearly flagged on their respective product pages or within your shopping basket if you select the Republic of Ireland as your shipping destination. This will help you avoid selecting items that cannot be shipped to your location.
Total orders costs include import duties and taxes.
NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY - £4.95 - FREE OVER £50
Within 3-5 working days after date of dispatch. Orders are shipped via our couriers Evri (Hermes) or DPD and you'll be provided with tracking details. If you miss a delivery it can be rearranged directly with the courier or by getting in touch with our Cass Art Care team. Please note - flammable spirits such as Aerosols spirits and varnishes are excluded as can only be shipped to UK mainland via road only.
TRACKING
We’ll send you an email when we dispatch your goods. Please email our customer care team for your tracking number. You can also track the progress of your order on the website under My Account.
DELAYS
We endeavour to ensure we meet our promised delivery times however, on occasion, there may be delays outside of our control. This can be due to demand during busy periods such as Sale & Christmas, as well as external courier delays, adverse weather and traffic delays. We will try our best to communicate known issues at point of order or as they arise, but cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver which are beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights, and should you have any other queries or problems with your order do not hesitate to contact our friendly Customer Care team.
SPLIT PACKAGES
Whilst we make every effort to ship your items together there may be occasions where we need to divide your order into multiple shipments. This is mostly due to product shape and size, and to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your materials. Our couriers aim to deliver your full order on the same date however, they may arrive at different times.
