WE OPENED OUR FIRST STORE AT 13 CHARING CROSS ROAD, LONDON IN 1984
This site, just a stone’s throw from the National Gallery & National Portrait Gallery in London, has been an art store for over 125 years and has seen many famous historical figures like Monet, Churchill and Hockney drop in to stock up on their art supplies. The next store opened in 2001 on Kensington High Street, the Soho store then followed in 2003. We opened our Islington Flagship in 2006 which boasts 7,500 square feet across three floors, and you can take a 3D virtual tour of the store below. Hampstead followed in 2010 and Kingston in 2012. As part of our mission to fill the UK with artists, we now have stores across the UK in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton and Stratford.
From watercolour to portrait paintings, the latest crafting techniques and product showcases - join our staff and local artists for workshops, demonstrations and events in our stores.
The Art Spaces at Cass Art celebrate our community, they support the creative endeavour of local artists by offering a regular programme of diverse exhibitions and events.
